Rainbows are for all girls aged 3-6yrs.

Rainbows learn by doing-they play games, get their hands dirty while painting and playing games. Rainbows offer girls an opportunity to learn and explore new things. It is also a chance to build their character as they make new friends.

Register your daughter so that she can join her fellow Rainbows in your local unit.

Rainbows learning together.

Rainbows usually meet once a week for approximately one hour. They are taken through an age appropriate programme. Rainbows are supported by a team of highly trained and motivational volunteers to support their adventure.

Learning in small groups supports Rainbows learn how to make small decisions and govern themselves.

Rainbows share a commitment to a common standard like all the members of the guiding promise, they make the promise when they are ready to.

Rainbow Activities.
  • Exploring art by colouring, multi dimensional collages, Rainbow songs and role plays.
  • Going for Hikes and picnics
  • Preparing a healthy snack
  • Discovering the community through outings to the market, estate landmark.

At the end of her Rainbow program. Girls are slowly introduced to the next level of Guiding known as Brownies. Here Rainbows start learning more about responsibility.
