A Hotelier by profession with over 17 years as a leading Hospitality professional both locally and internationally.
Roselyne Adongo Ngure is the Customer Support Director at Nestor Hospitality Solutions, a company she co-founded with other like-minded individuals. She oversees Corporate Hospitality, Conferencing, Customer Service Training and Event Management.
In her 17 years career, she has held various position in divers companies and institutions, notably Operations Manager at Gem Invest, a property management company with several serviced apartments in Nairobi. In this role she was primarily the project manager for a 78 serviced apartment construction in Nairobi. Hospitality Manager for Aga Khan University Hospital in-charge of all hotel services and food outlets in the hospital.
Adongo started her hotel career in Kenya with Serena Hotels and Lodges at Mombasa Serena and worked as Mountain Lodge and Kilaguni Serena as a lodge manager within the 6years that she was with the company.
Roselyne Adongo Ngure’s professional training begun at Vatel Institute of Hotel Management in Nimes, France and during this time she worked at different Hotels in France. Adongo final went on to hone her skills at Domaine De L’anse Margot (Les Hotels Anchorage Caraibes) in French West Indies before moving back to Kenya.
Alongside her role as Director of Wal Hotels, Adongo is a member of the Membership Committee for the Kenya Girl Guides Association as well as a Director at Second Chances Foundation. Roselyne Adongo Ngure is fluent in French and has the ability to conduct business in both French and English.
