capacity building, and mentorship. Betty plays a crucial role guiding organizations on
sustainable growth, market and industry benchmarks, recruitment and talent search. She is a
certified coach with 14 years of microfinance expertise and seven years experience in private
consulting. She has served on several advisory boards and has held key governance roles on
the golfing platform. She currently a Trustee of Thika Sports Club and Council Member of Kenya
Ladies Golf Union.
